Louis J. O’Neill was recently sworn in as the newest member of the Eaton’s Neck Fire Department. He joins his father, Ex-Chief Kevin P. O’Neill, and his grandfather, Past Commissioner Kevin G. O’Neill, who are both active members of the Eaton’s Neck Fire Department.
Louis is entering his senior year at the College at Brockport this fall and is currently enrolled in the Firefighter I course at the Suffolk County Fire Academy.
Aside from his father and grandfather in the volunteer fire service, Louis joins his uncle, Steven O’Neill, and cousins, Steven and Jackson, who are members of the Oyster Bay Fire Department, and his cousin, Patrick Gordon, who is a member of the Burke Volunteer Fire Department in upstate Franklin County.
