Former Fire Commissioner Walter Roy Beach, who turned 90 on July 4 and has over 63 years in the volunteer fire service, served as grand marshal of the parade. On March 28, 2016, the Eaton’s Neck Fire Department laid to rest Ex-Chief Andrew J. Mastronardi. A service was held at St. Gerard Majella RC Church in Terryville.
